Smart Link collects only what a cross-border ride needs. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

Mobile number and 4-digit PIN (account). Pickup, drop-off, time, passenger count, car type, and trip history. Chat messages you send to support.

How we use it

To match a driver, show Current Booking, keep My Trip history, and answer live chat. Drivers only receive the trip they accept.

Sharing

We share pickup and drop-off with the assigned driver. Maps lookups go to our geocoder. We do not run ads on your trips.

Your rights

You can delete your bookings and account data from Account. Contact support to close the login. Policy owner: Smart Link.

Children

Smart Link is not directed at children under 13. You must be 18 to book a ride.

Location & retention

We do not use background GPS or keep the screen awake. Pickup and drop-off are typed addresses only. Trip records stay on our servers until you delete your account or ask support to remove them.
