Terms of Use

By booking a Smart Link ride you agree to these terms. Rides are a transport service between Malaysia and Singapore.

Bookings

Quotes include tolls. Checkpoint waiting is not billed. Fares may change if the route or car type changes.

Your duties

Give a real pickup, travel with valid documents, and treat drivers with respect. Illegal items are not allowed.

Liability

Checkpoint delays, traffic, and immigration decisions are outside our control. Licensed drivers operate the cars.

Fares & cancellation

The fare shown at confirm is the price you and the driver see. Change a trip via Make a Change (support). Pending bookings can be cancelled in the app; accepted trips follow the driver’s status.

Eligibility

You must be 18 to book. Carry valid travel documents for the Malaysia–Singapore border.
